Kevin Hassett suggests skyrocketing mortgage rates are actually a good sign for the economy because corporations are borrowing money to build things like data centers "instead of lending to homeowners."

The Empire State Building went pink at exactly 9:25pm for Dolly Parton. Because of course they made it 9 to 5. That’s how you honor an icon. 🩷

If I had to take a stab at explaining this mess - He was born in Youngstown just up the road and I think this is less of a "got popped for sex" thing and more of a "had troubles scoring drugs when home and got caught in a prostitution sting because of it", but that's all pure speculation

Natalie Harp! Of course.

As a centrist, I never criticize RFK Jr. for lying about vaccines, ivermectin, raw sewage, and 5G radiation. Here's why I think Anthony Fauci should be hanged for downplaying the lab leak theory of COVID.

The Eagles are #1 today in 1975 with “One of These Nights”. “.. It's like, putting things off,” said Frey. “Everybody I'm sure has said, 'One of these nights I'm gonna .. whatever, get that girl, make that money, buy that house. .. Everyone's saving it for 'someday.' And 'someday' is up to you."

Husted: "We have created the demand for these data centers bc we use all these digital products, and if we don't want them, then don't use them. I mean, you can go back to the bunny ear antenna on your TV, you don't need a data center ... understand, when we look in the mirror, we are the problem."

A quick word on Taco Bell: That's where we found the suspected lettuce, and it's not bc Taco Bell is gross. It's bc Taco Bell is REALLY GOOD at tracing product! Keeping track of exactly where they got their ingredients, & exactly what restaurants each shipment of ingredients went to!

Oh man. Glad someone finally cleared this up for me.

The word he needed was TRANSISTORS. Transistors act as the tiny on/off electronic switches that form the foundation of digital computing. Because they dictate a processor's power, efficiency, and intelligence, how they design and pack them directly shapes the performance of modern microchips.

Just listened to this in the T Bird with the top down. Anyone remember it? Medley of mostly Beatles’ tunes.
