I felt self conscious self posting after the yearly wave of birthday texts but I missed the engagement with the disc golf skeeters. I played my first golf course tournament this weekend and went in totally blind. I think I'm firmly MA2 caliber these days. I think my floor is mid 800s instead of 700

I was messing around last night at the end of some field work with a guy from my disc golf league and sprained my ankle on a "one more throw" on some nasty footing I didn't see because it was getting dark. Now I am wondering if I'll even be able to play my tournament next weekend. #FeelingDumb.

I'd like to say to the officer who placated the abuser despite the attack being recorded and not arresting him. This is what these brave men and women are here for when escalating violence is happening. The abuser went on to do even more damage in the days following while sending a slew of

Threatening text messages. The man was an abuser making active threats while in the possession of a firearm and PPB failed to intervene each time. The fact that no one was gravely injured or worse was purely luck and with no help of the only time we have ever tried to go to the police in Portland.
