Copilot on a Credit Budget GitHub Copilot now bills by the token instead of by the prompt. Here is what an agent session actually costs, how to work it out for any model in 30 seconds, and how to pick one without guessing. https://ston.is/blog/development/copilot-credit-budget/

Wrote a bit about my experience setting this up in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Overall pretty smooth with a small gotcha. Have a read here: blog.ostebaronen.dk/2026/08/mtp-... #dotnet #devops #testing

A red build should show evidence, not send you log hunting. Microsoft.Testing.Platform 2.3 puts test failures and summaries directly in GitHub Actions. The reporter is still preview. https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/microsoft-testing-platform-reporting/

found this guy on Tiktok who has discovered carpenter's speed squares make an insanely satisfying noise when you bounce them off tires or wood, called @lostcoastedc on there

Given that Spotify has always had issues mixing up artists using the same name, I won't have much faith in this verified badge

What hardware are you guys running on when running local #llm? My MacBook with M1 Pro and 32 GB of RAM is really struggling with smaller models such as Gemma 4 E4B.

Blogged a bit about using #GitHub Apps for authentication in #GitHubActions workflows: blog.ostebaronen.dk/2026/03/auth... I recently had to do this to have a scheduled action be able to create pull requests on a repo, but also have checks running on said PR. You can't do that with a regular token.

I've been using @cakebuild.net for a long time, it is really great! To be able to write C# to make up all your build tasks and everything around it, test it locally and just minimally bootstrap Cake in your yml file for your CI workflow. Thanks to @devlead.se and the Cake team for their dedication!

Just finished reading Rhythm of War. Another great book by Brandon Sanderson. I think I will take a short break from the Cosmere and try a bit of Dungeon Crawler Carl.

Denmark just hit 90.9% BEV in Nov — +33–36pp YoY vs Nov ’24. Trailing-12-months climbed to 84.2% BEV, up ~28–30pp YoY. That makes Denmark the second country to reach this milestone. This isn’t gradual adoption — it’s a late-stage S-curve snap. ICE isn’t declining anymore; it’s exiting. #RipICE #EV

Yay. Managed to upgrade an App to .NET 10. Most of the changes were adressing trimming warnings, which was expected. Apart from that it was just changing a 9 to 10. #dotnet #maui

Gotta love Azure DevOps Pipelines. They have Xcode 26.1 RC installed, but are missing simulator runtimes. So when building a .NET 10 iOS App with latest workloads it explodes building and you are forced to explicitly use net10.0-ios26.0 TFM and Xcode 26.0 #dotnet

Just released version 5.0.0 of ImageCaching.Nuke for .NET iOS! This time we added .NET 10 support and switched from Carthage and including huge xcframework files to Swift Package Manager.
