Me and my diarrhea poster at #IDWeek2026 In our population, more than 50% of BioFire norovirus-positive tests were *negative* on confirmatory testing, a number that rose to 77%‼️ in people with malignancy. This resulted in excess inpatient isolation, care delays and delayed diagnoses.
