Man, there's not a lot of celebrities who are just really good people. But Dolly Parton was one of them. I never ever heard a negative thing about her, no scandals nothing, just kindness and charity to people. It's so sad to hear she's passed away.

Double Fine's gone indie and now all revenue goes to them. I highly, highly recommend Psychonauts 2 for a very empathetic story about mental health. And Keeper is VERY underrated, a solid short experience like the ones indie fans crave, so get on that once the price change hits.

PSA: A heads up for those (kindly) supporting us with game purchases today: 1. Kiln and Keeper are getting permanent price changes soon! 2. All our games on Steam are getting international price adjustment reviews! 3. It's Psychonauts 2's birthday next week, which means a sale!

Susan Collins pulls into town in a bus full of her supporters; then they all get off the bus; and then she addresses the folks who were on the bus with her as if they were regular Mainers; and legacy media covers this, pretending it isn't deeply bizarre. (Notice the guys with cameras.) #MEpolitics

We'd really appreciate it if you opt out of AI training on Twitch before you play any of our games on your streams. We don't want our hard work and creativity stolen by billionaires who insist this technology is "inevitable." Thank you.

they know we don't want it. they do not care.

You know, I find it interesting how every personality has its own unique flavor of crashout. Obviously there's the fight or flight response the body responds to stress with, but even that comes in different flavors. Some let depression sink in, weigh them down, tell them they are worthless...

Unless you are hyper aggressive type, you probably Don't deserve all the hate you're giving yourself. There's plenty of evil people in the world. If you're worried you're one of them, worrying about that disqualifies you by default.

Always interferes. And the thing about anxiety is, it's self perpetuating. So I might be breathing heavy mid panic attack, and my brain will say, "what the hell is wrong with me?" And then, it says "something is wrong with me? On no! I should panic more!"

Myself, I'm not immune to this. For me, I keep most of my emotions tucked away in a cabinet where I don't have to deal with the troublesome little buggers. I can keep most of them nearly tucked away. Except anxiety. Man, fuck anxiety.

Because every time I stick that little fucker in a drawer, it just soaks right through. No matter what I do with it, no matter how much I try to contain it, it always gets out. I can't seem to stop the damn thing. And it sucks because I logically know what I need to do next, but the anxiety just...

Others externalize their troubles onto rage, and turn into absolute monstrous pieces of shit. Some people see all the crap that's wrong with the world and try to fix it, and tell themselves it's their fault everything is wrong. Some destroy themselves just to feel loved...

Some project all of that emotional stuff into creative endeavors and tell themselves that if they aren't creative enough, they're failures. Others just want life to be peaceful so badly that they just roll over and accept whatever terrible shit is pushed on them.

Also one of Spamton 's attacks looks like he has frostbite. If you see these things in the frame of "repressed trauma" it really changes everything. Like how false is trying to hide the song lyrics, or how tenna made a different game board than the original one.

And he still won't get to have his family be whole again. Kris hates TV now because it reminds Kris of the fun they had and how all of it is shattered now. The whole story is operating on different levels, the story level and the recovering from PTSD level. I think.

The biggest hints on these theories being true are 1) the original lyrics to the guitar song in chapter 3, the attacks the roaring knight uses. Look closely at the flavor texts and the animation. Toby grew up on new Hampshire. I'm sure he knows what an icy lake that keeps freezing back up looks like

7) the reason Asgore lost his job is that none of the kids talked and the only piece of evidence he ever found was a single black shard of the bat. Likely Carol fired him for incompetence at not finding her daughter and it explains her coldness. It also explains why their families don't talk.

8) Asgore may have found out about the dark world but without any money or credibility, Toriel and probably nobody else believes him. That's why he's going to have an inferno of jealousy, because Toriel will still reject him after everything...

Asriel tried to use his scarf to save Kris but Asriel lost his grip and the scarf sunk with him (this scarf is ralsei btw) Dess used her bat to try to break through the ice, chipping the bat in the process. Ultimately she was able to save Kris 's life at the cost of her own.

Except Dess has a lot of determination. Susie level even. And there's probably some residual part of her as a darkner and it probably is connected with that bat. The thorn ring is probably a piece of the tree that fell. That's why it's so effective on Noelle.

5) the weird route will end with the following: first, Kris will reaquire Dess's old Cracked bat. Then he'll use it to kill Asriel and Susie in light world, then the lightners in town. The soul will get what it's after, but die because it tries to live without Kris and fails.

6) Dess is likely dead or mostly dead in the sense of how gerson is "dead". Moreover I think I know exactly how she died. It was Xmas day. The kids were out playing in the lake. The wind started blowing. A tree fell, breaking the ice. Kris fell in and started drowning ...

1) at the end of the dark worlds in chapters 1,2, and 4, there's a hiding spot that says a "large person could fit here." That large person is Asgore and he's been following you, watching. 2) The roaring knight is a darkner, and it's taken from Dess's baseball bat.

3) the reason you don't see the baseball bat is that it's somewhere over on the other side of the lake east of Asgore 's flower shop. 4) despite this the knight is directly battled in the last chapters. This is because shards of the bat broke off and are embedded in Kris's hands.

I think I'm going to have to quit using LinkedIn for my job hunt. Every time I go on there I feel the urge to ruthlessly mock all the AI obsessed nutjobs there, but that's probably not going to help my job hunt.
