Fact #8. Even Trump voters know something’s up. Most Floridians, including nearly half of Florida Trump voters, blame the home insurance crisis on “climate change making storms and hurricanes worse.” And they’re right. That’s the problem causing this.

What most people don't know: when you fill up a petrol car most of the energy never moves it. Petrol car: 13–21% of the crude oil's energy reaches wheels. Electric car on today's UK grid: 43–45%. Electric car on wind+solar: 77–80%. That's why we don't need to replace fossil energy one for one.

Reports of the EV's death have been greatly exaggerated! U.S. EV sales have climbed for TWO consecutive quarters. High gas prices, lower operating costs, and better EV choices are reminding drivers why electrification makes economic sense. #EVs ⚡🚗 www.canarymedia.com/articles/ele...

NEW BRIGHT SPOTS: Industrial overcapacity is usually treated as waste. But what if it's a hidden grid asset? E.g. aluminium smelters that pause every winter to give grids the seasonal flexibility they lack. I'm not sold yet. But it's worth a look. janrosenow.substack.com/p/could-indu...

So you could reasonably argue that an *outcome* of Zionism is racism. But that is not the same as stating “Zionism is racism”. Racism is not where it came from. It is not what motivated the deep yearning for safety, for a refuge, whether 80 years ago or 800.
