Here I am in the health "care" system, an object being evaluated, tested and examined by superficially smiling and polite "care" workers for whom I'm just another widget to be moved along the assembly line. Bleed, x-ray, sample--Next. We are living souls trapped in a cold, technological juggernaut.

In Springfield, OH. I have lots of sympathy for the people living in this community. Only a few years ago the had to deal with the “They’re eating the cats. They’re eating the dogs” fiasco and now the loss of so many jobs.

Hakeem Jeffries is a terrible leader. For me, that has nothing to do with his funding. He’s shown little to no courage or leadership qualities since given the position, and I’m not a fan of anyone who would rather work with the right than with progressives.
