No traffic enforcement here either. Regularly get run off the road by speeders and passed on double yellow. Its an island - were going to get there at the time.

WaPo Deputy Opinion Editor is just straight up lying about Mamdani's estate tax proposal (in both tweets and an op-ed). The bill contains a $1.75 million primary residence exemption, exempts retirement accounts, and the 50% marginal rate doesn’t kick in until $30 million.
