Dalton Knecht has played one game in the G League in his life. Last year he dropped 30 with a full stat line and 6-10 shooting from three. What happens if he immediately shows that he’s wasting his time there but he’s on a two way? Good problem to have but sticky for the Knicks.

Trading Kevin McCullar for Dalton Knecht is probably a good thing for McCullar if he ever wants to actually *play* in the NBA. Also, I believe the Knicks were getting to the “get off the pot” portion of his contract options. Knecht, Nickel & Akins is a very nice group of guys to keep around.

I don’t know how this game is going to play out, but people shouldn’t sleep on Cleveland this year. They won 60+ games two years ago, were (sort of) in the Western Conference Finals last year & if they have any competitive spirit they have to HATE what happened against NY & the way they’re perceived
