I live in a rural town and, like, I don't know how to tell you this, but the girls play on the boys team and vice versa all the time because otherwise we don't have enough players for a game and it's literally always fine so stop being weirdos about kids sports and just let trans kids play.

Block. block. Block. You don’t have to get angry with people on the internet, and you will not improve anything by doing so.

I’m not a political journalist, so was gladly surprised at the community I found here last night. To Americans anxious about the upcoming elections, a key thing we learned in Brazil that might help you: DO NOT engage with the far-right online. Don’t share rage bait. Amplify your people. Ignore them.

I’m starting to think as long as the Detroit Lions beat the Packers twice then we can sim the rest of the season. I so enjoy pettiness, mutual hatred. I bathe in schadenfreude. My body is fueled by the failures of mine enemies and yearns to see them desperately cling to dissolved hope. Go Lions.

I think this is happening. Wow, what a terrible night for some of the worst people in the world.

Has your team commit stupid and unnecessary penalties in critical moments? Did your team, in spite of playing well enough to stay in the game, manage to make enough mistakes to lose? Has your team been on the receiving end of inexplicably bad calls? Strange coaching decisions?

I would like every Packers fan to know that your experience, today, watching your team in this game, is exactly what it’s like to be a Lions fan.

I enjoyed that Roughing call, but I’m also an enthusiastic supporter of national commentary booths taking a strict view of the rules in regards to fairness when discussing the Packers. I’m assuming we can count on them remaining strict textualists and ask for reversals when the calls favor GB.

Defensive holding now includes breathing on a receiver on the opposite side of the field from play. Hey NFL, I think it might be time to address some inconsistencies.

I’ve decided to start responding to any daily compliment the way professional athletes do. “Thanks. All glory to god, in him all things are possible. It was a great afternoon and getting the laundry done before my wife asked is the result of a lot of preparation and it’s nice to see it pay off.”
