The Capitol Rioters have had quite a lot to say since receive pardons from President Donald Trump — most have no regrets, believe conspiracy theories, and remain loyal to Trump and the MAGA movement. I'm documenting their statements and activities at Pardon Tracker: fundrazr.com/pardontracker

Take a moment today to read about a few of the young children whom Trump and Musk killed by shutting down USAID. The blame for these deaths falls on them. There will be hundreds of thousands more dead kids before their lethal crusade against foreign aid ends. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

The full low-down on RFK Jr.’s connection to a deadly measles outbreak in Samoa and, just as important, how he lied about it. That’s key. Kennedy is an inveterate liar. He makes up facts & plots, and he lies about what he himself has said. Another con man. www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

Yes, stances are ethical. But if we want change, ethical stances must have power. That is political. One can be right and criticize others who aren’t, sure. And that is important. But then what? How do we flourish? We need to help the right thing win, and good people build. Electoral or not
Going to prove this inane article wrong by quote dunking on it. Maybe you just haven't spent enough time here to find people having fun?
Opinion - The problem with Bluesky: It won’t broaden our horizons: In the wake of Donald Trump’s election win, the social-media platform has enjoyed a surge of new users looking for an alternative to Elon Musk’s X. But will it be useful, if it just creates an echo chamber for the left?

NEW FROM ME: The government will do things that hurt people. But knowing exactly what it is doing — & therefore who’s most at risk — is at the foundation of fighting against it. Anything else is doing Trump’s job for him. Here’s a start. www.nytimes.com/2024/11/21/o...

To imagine what real coverage of Trump's mental unfitness might look like, I took 10 real Biden age headlines and rewrote them around Trump's unfitness for the presidency. Read them below; the effect is striking. Why don't we see saturation like this? 6/ newrepublic.com/article/1856...

I will bang this drum forever: in THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE FREE: THE GERMANS, 1933-45 Milton Mayer interviewed 10 ordinary Germans after WW2 to learn how fascism took hold. There was never a moment when everyone woke up:
if you’re waiting for everyone around you to wake up, you’ll wait forever. this is how the people grinding our bones to make their bread WANT you to be. paralyzed, alienated & purposeless
