The leadership needs to be held responsible. This behavior is not new at this school and I don't believe these are isolated incidents.

Four cheerleaders from the Colorado Springs school and their coach alleged Lutheran students and community members called Black cheerleaders “Harriet Tubman,” made monkey noises and used racist slurs.
