We need a law that simply states, every child under 18 that gets pregnant, an immediate investigation as to whom the father is, will be determined. If the father is 2 years older than the impregnated child, right to jail. This would deter incest and child rape and still let kids be kids.

In battleground Senate races, almost 13% of Hispanic and 11% of AAPI early voters didn't vote at all. Compare that to 3% of white early voters. Why does that matter? In early vote analysis you have to consider if these voters would have just voted anyhow...
