Trump own niece, psychologist Mary Trump, wrote and said that it would be dangerous to brush off what he's saying because this is how he signals what he plans to do. His "jokes" are insulting people, but this is stuff is stuff he's considering. Calling it a joke is just plausible deniability.

And how much did it cost taxpayers to refurbish? Outside aviation experts estimate it cost about a $billion. Money that could have been spent on education or heatlhcare for Americans.
