Started, very interesting presentation and story. The interaction mode is quite simple but it's interesting to navigate those environments clearly not made for our body. The statements the game makes and how it does it the real deal of it. And how we piece it through our penguining makes it work.

When I was younger I was all "videogames are the next frontier for art, the age of movie is gone" and when I look at what we do with it... Videogames are still just little marios jumping on screen.

I reassure myself that movies are 150y old and games not even a third of that. But we're basically doing "train at la ciotta station" remakes but in ultra next gen HD, 50 years still after tennis for two.

EG fell for it too. :( The Capcom presentation contains a slide with "AI世代のゲームエンジンへ" - the article omits the "へ", for one, but the issue is that while 世代 means 'generation', it's in the 'console generation' sense, not like GenAI. Without へ, translation software gets it totally wrong.

So much of the world's ills can be attributed to the latency between success or failure and it's consequences. The PS5 thrives because of what they were doing on PS4 and the PS6 will fail because of what they are doing now but the latency allows the blame to be obfuscated
