El Pony Pisador: “We don’t close ourselves to anything” These crazy geniuses are playing Shrewsbury Theatre Severn **a week tonight!** Monday November 2nd. They're bloody brilliant, hugely entertaining, and will lift your spirits in just a couple of hours www.songlines.co.uk/content/feat...

This really affected my mum. #CofiwchAberfan #Aberfan #Aberfan60 #cymru

The King, Queen and Prince of Wales will join politicians, survivors and bereaved families in remembering the 116 children and 28 adults killed in the Aberfan disaster as people come together to mark the 60th anniversary

Not a #LibDem here but here's hoping the party can do a bit better than this. It's hard to cut through at the moment but we need some more serious politics and policies being discussed.

A joy to join the German Embassy marking 75 years of UK-German relations. As a former Erasmus student, I know what close ties with Europe can do for a young person. But young people have had those opportunities taken away by a decision made a decade ago, before they were old enough to have a say.

Canal & River Trust has shared this impression of the new bridge in Carreghofa with us. We are looking forward to seeing the vegetation regrowing by the hedges and towpath - not to mention seeing the George Watson Buck be the first boat to pass along that stretch of the Montgomery Canal in 90 years.

A wee moment can make a big difference to blind and partially sighted people. If you're a cyclist, will you ride on the road or cycle path, and park out of the way? That's all it takes to help Ken get where he's going, confidently and independently.

It has been long recognised that a key element in solving the housing crisis is to encourage elderly individuals to move out of large houses to make way for young families. Badenoch's headline policy would ensure they either stay put or trade up to much bigger houses. Genius 🤪

Standing out from the crowd. This post box near the Empire Theatre in #Liverpool must have seen many crowds in its time. #PostboxSaturday
