Don’t ever let this spineless disgrace of a VP hide from this, ever. He has zero integrity and will attempt to weasel his way into appearing somewhat rational the closer it gets to 2028. He’s a disgrace and unfit to hold the office he occupies.

A DoorDash driver did not pose a threat when we was shot in the back by ICE goons. They then refused to render aid and so a local police officer had to intervene and find the bullet hole. The bullet is still in his back after a day & they didn't give him medication for the pain. Sadistic monsters.

The Senate is back in session and could take up the SAVE Act again—the bill requiring documentary proof of citizenship to register and photo ID to vote in federal elections. It passed the House 218-213 in February, but faces a 60-vote threshold in a chamber split 53-47.

Jamie Raskin’s discharge petition would force a House floor vote on the NO CARTE BLANCHE Act, killing Trump’s $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded settlement fund and ending the "Super Pardon" for him and his family. It’s stuck six Republican signatures short of the 218 it needs.

Rep. Thomas Massie needs 218 signatures on a discharge petition to force a floor vote on H.R. 9694 over leadership’s objections. The bill would let state attorneys general, Epstein’s victims, and members of Congress sue the Justice Department when it withholds files the law already requires.

The WaPo says Todd Blanche is right about DOJ independence. But there’s a critical difference between a president setting law enforcement priorities & a president deciding who gets investigated & prosecuted. Apparently, we need to talk about that difference. joycevance.substack.com/p/the-washin...

One year in, the National Guard is still occupying DC, but the president's authoritarian takeover has had debatable results at best. The cost is real for communities in DC affected by increased federal presence — and for taxpayers across the U.S. who paid at least $223M in 2025 for this occupation.
