This week's update is finally up. It was late because, ironically, I've been sick all week.

I wanted to get as many of the food recalls and disease outbreaks in one place as I could. It's hard to keep track, so I'll try to keep this list updated weekly.

I have never been able to write about my fascination with Shark Week before. It just didn't line up with my job at any point, but now that no one can tell me what to do, I wrote 1,500 words about it. Shark Week is absolute trash and I'll watch it forever.

fun fact on why this happens: valve designates a "press preview" start time for next fest (in this case june 4th) where journos can see demos early, but they won't let us hide them from the public. so to be applicable for it you have to release your demo publicly weeks early. it's really annoying!
