It's election day in BC. And it's stupid and awful and I get if you have the urge to not vote. But you should still vote. At the very least because in BC, parties get funding based on their vote percentage. If you truly hate all of the parties, write in whatever you want or spoil your ballot.

I don't respect people who don't vote. It's a meaningless parody of protest. If every leftist in Canada who doesn't vote instead wrote in "Proportional Representation" on every ballot, that'd be an actual protest. It could get news coverage and create conversation. But not voting achieves nothing.
