Advice to everyone sending items to the EU. Prices increase again on 1 Nov with additional costs. It's almost impossible to sell and send anything to anyone anymore it seems 😵‍💫

A question thrown into the wild. I've found a Digital Tape Recording System (DTRS) / Hi8-style digital multi-track tape and have no way to listen or import the sound. Does anyone have a machine or suggestions how to access this please?

Any folks in Rome - a little reminder for you of my show this coming Wednesday 7 October at 19.00. It's free entry to everyone, but arrive early as tickets are limited. Be lovely to see you there 😊

To accompany my sound installation in the museum I will also be performing live next week in Rome. And it's a FREE show, no tickets needed, just turn up on the night for a special audio visual performance of 52 Spaces.

A little teaser for a forthcoming software instrument that digs into a lost world of 1980s recordings, to create a unique new sound library drawn from my personal archive of 4-track tape machines, cassette recordings, tape loops, and experimental sound-making. More soon...

Farewell today to the high priestess of polka dots, Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama (1929-2026). Her work was unforgettable and for her, a means to survival. It’s playful, psychedelic, compulsive, beautiful and slightly unsettling all at once. Into infinity and beyond Yayoi! 🔴🟡⚫️

Marvelling at all the software I used to use to create music in the past and wondering what happened to so many of these inspiring apps? Some are still around but most...well, simply slipped away?

Out now - just 111 copies of this 7" single featuring music recorded in the 1980s in Southfields, London. Out on Feral Child, mail them directly if you are interested in picking up a copy. Thanks for your support! thegreatpopsupplement@hotmail.com

Curious as to how other sellers are intending to deal with new EU legislation regarding packaging. From August 12, every package sent to another EU country will require a local representative apparently but how will that work for so many individual sellers? @bandcamp.com any help please?

Rediscovering Einstürzende Neubauten’s Kalte Sterne (1981)on ZickZack, a beautifully uncompromising double 7" single, from a time when industrial experimental music felt still genuinely dangerous. It felt like music that seemed to belong to the city of Berlin itself.
