@obsidian.md I beg y'all, let me create a note with / or \ please! Use it as a folder name. In VS Code I create files by typing nested/dir/file.ext and it opens file.ext in nested/dir, and creates nested and dir if they don't exist. That way you don't have to show an error ever :)

My most boomer opinion is that you should be able to connect a printer straight out of the box with a cable to the pc and print. No wifi, no bluetooth, no freaking app.

An LLM is a general intelligence if you think the 'average' human can only output the equivalent of what an LLM can do, which says more about the head honchos and buyers of AI being 'intelligent' than those who say AGI isn't close to being here.

If you gave a single human a billion dollars and all of the world's knowledge and intelligence, I assure you the output of that human is going to be greater than the LLM. The sell of the AI companies is they can lease that to you since the companies only need humans to do 'simple' things.

I look at all of these so-called "full-stack" devs *need* UI toolkits or Claude *gagging noises* to make anything look decent. They would look at this and cower in fear, but refuse to believe how little css is necessary. Zero JS. All html. Zero classes. No reset.css or normalize.css. #WebDev

It's a tragedy how under-represented indigenous americans are in the Fallout world. I would expect those cultures to endure in an actual nuclear apocalypse, and the devs completely missed out on the fantastic stories that could have been told if their leadership had the creative fortitude. #Games

Instead, we just see the remnants of what US citizens think of America: Without any indigenous people around to remember. Fallout, while I enjoyed them when I was younger, is just not as good as it could have been. Even New Vegas is plagued by this. Such short creative vision.

The people in the forefront in Fallout are american-accented people who have no culture that endured the war, no tales that have passed down. Indigenous culture could endure everything so far, but they, too, couldn't endure the war? Why not? A tragic failure on Bethesda's part.

one time on #derby in 2014 i was getting drunk with the city and was in qdoba on bardstown rd, thanked the police officer for his service which made me puke out my insides all over the table a minute later.
