FWIW, Anthropic admits its current margins may not be representative. There's a bit of lucky timing here: big revenue growth while on the tail end of cheap compute contracted more than a year ago. Their future compute is... not so cheap. (1st pic their S-1, second are my graphics based on S-1.)

The unit economics here are frankly shocking they're so good. This is wildly stronger than I expected tbh.

If Elon doesn't interfere it will stream on HBO in January. Until then, in theaters or Pay Per view on Apple or Amazon.

man aren't we glad that Elon and Trump gutted CISA today, as the internet is melting from multiple critical security issues. Speaking of CISA, did you see where Trump ordered CISA to steal a voting machine, hack it, and not report findings back to the company?

The DOJ has never been perfect. There has always been plenty to criticize. But the DOJ today, after not even two years of Trump, is a rotten shell of what it once was; untrusted by sizeable portions of the federal judiciary, hollowed out at the core, and run without principle.

We've been boiled frogs for so long this never gets mentioned. But this violates DOJ policies that have been in place for decades, ones that Defense Attorney Todd Blanche said should have extended for the entirety of the time his client had declared his candidacy. (Tho I think this was DHS.)

Gruber saying X is a "cheerful place" was always going to age like lettuce, but it hit the same day Elon tipped the scales to boost Sortor's conspiracy theory to disrupt the midterms. X also pays Sortor. Elon is the same guy who spread misinfo explaining Pelosi attack as a gay lover feud. "cheerful"

Musk is trying to help the regime steal the midterms by spreading lies and misinformation. Democrats and progressive organizations need to treat X like a fascist propaganda network—because it is. X will be part of their campaign to deny the results and refuse to seat duly elected representatives.

markets are irrational like water is wet, but here's my basic observation about yesterday's AI rally fueled by excitement about Muse. If Muse succeeds, it comes pretty directly at the expense of ChatGPT, which puts OpenAI in an even more dire situation. If OpenAI fails, the bubble pops. So...why up?

AI "killing all humans" is the viral soundbite that's connecting with the masses ("actualizing" itself to create weapons of mass destruction, etc). It's also the perfect punching bag for strawman-style takedowns of anti-doomers because it's so wrapped in hypotheticals.
