It is very important to me that we do not tell apartment complexes that they need fast chargers for EVs. They need level 2 chargers. Not more than is used by a dryer or electric range. When you're charging overnight, you do not need crazy voltage.

My email to Rep. Pfaff copying my Rep. Johnson. Both of these representatives are Democrats. If your representative is a Republican, I recommend changing your wording to focus on economic development, property rights, etc.

Just like the Boston patriots demanded so many years ago, Hoosiers deserve fair representation since they are paying taxes. But the proposed early redistricting scheme seeks to redraw Congressional voting maps, and could eliminate that representation for 40% of Hoosiers.

Today, Los Angeles and the Bay Area will see 130 flights in both directions, equivalent to a plane departing every 6.5 minutes for 18 hours a day. Hard to argue it's not a perfect candidate for fast trains.

After a housing project flopped on the site over a decade ago, a developer has filed to build a hotel on the former site of the Wildwood Market at 1015 Virginia Avenue, in the Red Line TOD area. Details are still sparse, but expect more in the coming weeks.
