I’m going to venture a guess that the memo sent from the USDA telling states to “undo paying SNAP in full” is a preemptive move by the administration to avoid reimbursing states for funding the program when a lower court finally rules, again, that the benefits must be paid.

The USDA and Trump administration issued a memo ordering states to “undo any steps taken to issue full SNAP benefits.” I have never seen an administration work so hard to starve people. Don’t forget your red hats at the food pantry, MAGA.
