Continuing reminder that all Dems need for an FDR style wipeout at this point is rural whites to vote like they did for Obama.

Dana Houle@danahoule.bsky.social

Folks (incl me) see many similarities btw 2006 & 2026. But here's a crucial difference: 2006 white eligible voters were 74% of the potential electorate, now they're 61% 2006 74% White 12% Black 9% Latino 3% Asian 2% Everyone else 2026 61% White 12% Black 16% Latino 5% Asian 6% Everyone else /1

Coworker tried yapping to me about how Trump is gonna run for a third term and would win 💀💀 brother I’m trying to not yell at work on how that wouldn’t even work

Damn people weren’t lying “establishment dems” is being co-oped into being a phrase to just mean black people

Templanted@templanted.bsky.social

You can’t be surprised racists are in your comments when you do shit like this where black voters are heavily involved

Can’t wait for Bernie to finally retire so the leftist can stop looking at a 80 year old white man that endorsed a Nazi for senate seat as future of the Democratic Party

It’s very weird to go on social media and see a bunch of people pushing DSA only candidates when we just had the Platner fall out and DSA knew he was sketch but said we’re gonna endorse him anyways

Anyways, I wish people could control their narrative tone. Part of the thing that frustrates me about leftish news coverage right now is the breathless catastrophizing that is clearly playing on anxiety to drive clicks.

Talking to my coworkers and yea AI and data center regulation seems like it’s gonna be a huge topic

Templanted@templanted.bsky.social

We’re still two years out but if the course doesn’t change I’m fairly confident besides running on “we’re gonna punish the Trump admin were pissed as hell” the dem candidate needs to run on affordable housing and AI/data center regulation to get the normie vote

BREAKING: A handful of Senate Republicans are finally starting to join Democrats to pull the emergency brake and end Trump’s war with Iran. Now is the moment to keep pushing. Call your members of Congress.

Fellas how dumb do we think the comment section will be about not doing shit now when he’s talking things he’ll do once the Dems win back the house

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Jeffries: "We're gonna win back the House ... the ghost of the Confederacy has afflicted the Supreme Court majority, & is invading & haunting the nation right now, & we take that seriously. Which is why Democrats are committed to launching a decisive and overwhelming response in advance of 2028."

I wish people saying “let’s disregard the constitution to elect Mamdani as president republicans aren’t following it” would realize we wouldn’t be in court all the time about birth right citizenship if they were doing whatever they wanted

Yall want to overthrow the government and have your YA novel revolution so bad instead of just swallowing your pride and electing someone that isn’t your perfect candidate

Replying to @schnorkles.bsky.social

Gerrymandering cannot alter control of the house in a D+10 environment. It’s likely republicans may lose as many seats to dummymandering (e.g., TX) as they gain from gerrymandering.

I wish people saying “US will never get its reputation back” realize it just means for their lifetime probably not for the rest of history. If people remembered crimes for generations no one would be talking to Germany and Japan right now. Also we’re too integrated into the international economy

BREAKING: Republicans caved to Democrats, finally passing a bill to end the DHS shutdown without additional funding for ICE. Democrats have been clear since the start: No blank check for ICE. This bill now heads to Trump's desk.

Project 2025 was based on the idea they could fire the "enemies within" and then replace them with loyalists. They did first part great, the second part has been a massive failure

Schnorkles O'Bork@schnorkles.bsky.social

The filing against SPLC from DOJ last night really emphasizes the "It's crazy to try and completely degrade state capacity and then try and use the state to punish your enemies."

MAGA lolis always make me chuckle do they know they can’t get shit from Japan now without it costing 100+ dollars because of their orange king

Decision Desk HQ projects the VA Congressional Redistricting Referendum will Pass. While No currently has the lead, based on the location and size of the remaining vote, Yes will take the lead as soon as the remaining counties report. #DecisionMade: 8:25 PM EDT

Deloitte is hilarious - that's about as clear a sign I can see of companies going "oh yeah they're gonna lose bad in the midterms and we don't want to be associated with Trump."

Nancy Levine Stearns@nancylevinestearns.bsky.social

🚨 BREAKING: 2 corporate sponsors of Trump's Freedom 250 have apparently dropped out. Mastercard and Deloitte, previously listed as sponsors of Freedom 250, are no longer on the list of sponsor companies. United Airlines is a notable addition to the sponsor list. Freedom250.org (left) is now 250.gov

I’m at that tax bracket where I heard growing up “you want to become a republican so they stop taking your income” applies and like wow I will never vote for them that horrible party, money be damned

My friend is Iranian and posted this. I hate every single republican especially those in Congress and the pits of hell will open up and grab Trump whole when he finally dies

Man, it really bugs me that everyone's yelling about nukes when Trump's already laid out what he's threatening to do - attack civilian infrastructure

Templanted reposted

yeah man i'll circle back to you on that agenda item from yesterday's all hands in just a sec. our pedophile king just threatened to destroy a whole civilization

Millions of American voters wanted to be villains. They came to believe it’s the key to success, while goodness is weak, woke, loser stuff, done only to signal. Offered the option of unvarnished villainy, they enthusiastically took it. Seeing others suffer more made them feel big. And here we are.
