I think what’s going on here is that Trump is sending lists of names that sound immigranty to state election officials and claiming - with no evidence - they’re non-citizens as a pretext to seize ballots.

A win for voters! A federal appeals court has denied the Trump administration’s request to stop California from counting mail-in ballots from more than 20,000 registered voters it claims are “likely not U.S. citizens”. The challenge was rejected because the underlying data is incorrect and flawed.

DC federal judge Trevor McFadden has scheduled a motion hearing for Friday, as James Comey seeks to dismiss the latest Trump Admin. criminal case against Comey.

Election officials in Alaska are asking a federal judge to "immediately" dismiss the Trump DOJ's lawsuit seeking to block the Senate results, claiming it has "no legal basis." "[T]he United States lacks authority to intervene in state elections at all, much less in support of a favored candidate."
