next video is the longest video i've ever made. first draft is looking to be 1hr55min, meaning the final video will likely be right around or over the 2hr mark. should be out by the end of the month!

Getting a single video out is hard enough for smaller/independent creators, let alone multiple versions. Realistically, A/B video testing is something that only these corporation-like creators could fully utilize to their consistent benefit.

I'm sure that ultimately, the actual impact of this will be far less doomer/dystopian than I envision. Though I still disagree with its implementation on multiple levels. I hope that this features fails and is shelved.

Just because the technology is there, doesn't mean we should be focus group testing your audience with the actual video. Make a creative decision and stick to it.

On a personal note, I don't like the impending implementation of A/B video testing. I feel it furthers the push away from what the site is meant to be. I understand A/B testing to get people in the door (title/thumb), but testing with the actual video you publish feels lacking in artistic merit.

new Fallout 1 WR!! thank you to everyone who kept me company and supported through the grind. for as RNG heavy as the run is, i have a blast with it. we had 1 encounter in Wasteland 2, losing 6-7 seconds. other than that, excellent! would love to go for 4:4x someday, but shifting focus for now.
