If you think he cares about gas prices, housing costs, home electricity costs, inflation, no jobs, troops getting killed, grocery prices, health care costs, or anything else that would improve the lives of most Americans, you are wrong.

Hegseth is in so far over his head he can't see daylight. This is a mediocre guy whose claim to fame was accidentally hitting someone with an axe on TV, and now he has to sell a war to an exhausted country that nobody can justify. He's scared, angry, and lashing out because he can't hide.

He is just making things up, and the whole world knows the truth. The United States has never looked weaker because of these lies and his complete lack of a plan or strategy. Wars cannot be won with gaslighting and Truth Social posts.

There's something deeply obscene and broken about the fact that Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth are bombing elementary schools in an illegal war of aggression, and there's still a sense among the opposition that it has to be explained in terms of gas prices in order to get American voters to care.

Trump didn't want to bother with getting his special effects hair job for something as unimportant as honoring the lives of the American warriors who paid the ultimate price for fighting in his totally unnecessary vanity war! It wold have been a different story if this was a meeting with Putin!
