Has anybody ever bought a BluRay from CeX and actually received the correct discs? I may as well be buying a novelty mystery movie in a blank case from a fucking church fete tombola every time.
Well hell, I ordered this an age ago and the first shipment was sacrificed to the malignant courier patrons, but the replacement copy is here and it’s 💖✨gorgeous✨💖 #daggerheart
I don’t know if I’ve ever said this online but I always thought they should have digitally replaced him with Edward Herrman and made it a Richie Rich reference/cameo.
She also really debunks the common justifications about religion, region, and age. Your grandparents and parents have shitty values because they have shitty values, not because of anything else. They could do better. Anyone can use their eyes to see the world and have the correct read.
What Dolly taught us is that it is in fact possible to be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams of avarice but still be a fundamentally good person with a strong moral compass, and the only reason more rich people aren't like that is because they don't want to be.
I might have to rewatch one of the greatest works of camp cinema committed to streaming. Featuring some of the finest background acting you’ll ever experience.
I remember these being amongst the first CDs I owned but I don’t remember which would have come first or if there was something else. I don’t think I bought a non compilation CD for a while - I was still very much in mix tape country.
When I was about 7 or 8 I wrote Jim Davis a bunch of Garfield forgeries I’d drafted along with a letter tactfully pointing out I was the obvious choice to replace him after his demise. The lawsuit is still pending.
Good reminder that you shouldn't trace and/or copy whatever you find on Pinterest or elsewhere, especially if you are looking to make money from it.
I keep seeing artists do those 'trends' without ever considering how the original creator might feel about it.
Those little slips of paper that window cleaners put through your door are so fantastically passive aggressive. We’re not invoicing you, you know how much it costs and it’s. fucking. due. I’ve carried out my end of the transaction. Now do yours.
“Schools to fill all classrooms and common areas with new 40% concentrate ballistic gel. Students, Staff and authorised visitors to wear full plate armour and scuba tanks…”
Schools are adding pepper-spraying drones to help combat active shooters
The plastic, non-lethal aircraft, which can smash windows and ram attackers will be at the ready at certain schools in Colorado, Florida and Georgia

I’ll be at the Illustrators’ Fair in London next Saturday (July 18th - a week tomorrow). It’s at Granary Square, Kings Cross. 11am - 5pm. I’ll have prints, posters, books and some extra goodies too. See you there!
Guess whos in the middle of fleshing out (at least) 32 NPCs for the intro of the next DnD session I’m prepping. Though I wish it would, the world builder in me won’t accept “Guards 1-6”. Who are their pets?! What are their dreams???
I try to keep it light on here but I’ve been either rejected or waitlisted for 80% of small press/zine shows I’ve applied to this year. I’ve got three new books and one reprint out, but idk if I can keep self publishing if I have no place to sell them.
Anybody else running into this problem?
Now… did the bird catch them at the same time? Or was there a moment when the first fish was like “ah thank god, it was just a bit - she’s letting me g…FUCK! So sorry, Barry.”
Back in, I dunno, the late 90s I guess? My hometown relaunched the local nightclub and part of the hoo hah and spectacle was a simple ring of 8 lights projected into the clouds, inspiring almost OG War of the Worlds levels of panic and mania amongst the community.
Just. Fucking. IMAGINE.

I’ve defended Beyond digital longer than most folks I talk to but I see where it’s going and I will happily take it back to the 80s and spend my money on a xerox machine as an alternative if needs be…
Naaah. I love TTRPGs cause they’re shockingly cheap as a hobby.
As a group, buy a corebook for like £40-50 (Like £10 a head).
Get some paper, some pencils, some dice.
That’s all you need to play games for years without needing anything else.
Not everything needs to be a subscription service.
Without doxxing myself too much, a lot of local areas have voted for the “fascist caricaturish shithouse” party, undeterred by the transparency of their party name, disgusting rhetoric or hateful sock puppet of a leader.
I always imagined if I’d been around for the OG moon expeditions it would have been a real unmissable “All the family gathered round, glued to the TV” kind of moment. But I find, given the chance, I’ve interacted with a handful of photos online & <30 secs total footage scrolling on TikTok.
Don’t get me wrong, and not to diminish… what I saw all looked fascinating - it just came at a bad decade for focusing on any one particular… anything.
