I cannot overstate enough that the best way to make stuff is to sit down, stop talking about it, and make stuff all the time. It just takes practice to do it regularly.

This may have derailed my day into writing my own Henchpeople system, which is about generating exactly how hench these people are, from merely buff to so huge they have become trapped in a gym and need to be freed before they can be of any use (likely as a meaty bowling ball.)

There are other "20 questions for campaign settings," but this one is mine. Because I am who I am, it's tarot themed.
