I am so unbelievably tired of people from outside the US asking why Americans don’t do something about all the shit that’s going on. We are trying. Many of us are protesting, contacting our representatives, donating to nonprofits/candidates, and sharing resources. I don’t know what else to do.

Maybe we should stop voting for either existing party. Maybe we, the people against the tyranny the right has allowed and the inaction and obliviousness of the left, should form a new party. We have that right. We have good motive, and we stand together. It’d be better than this, either way.
