*3D Construction Kit:* Perhaps the most interesting part, Incentive Software also released software that allowed users to make games themselves. They were already notable in the graphic adventure market, with their 1985 release of *Graphic Adventure Creator* (GAC), which competed alongside Gi[...]

Found an awesome rap/metal trans girl diss track for genai and it inspired an anti ai userbox making spree recently ehe. Here's the song ( https://happybirthdaymrbaskets.bandcamp.com/track/cognitohazard-feat-yi-xi-kasane-teto-gumi-ceri-wimble ) and these are the first set of anti ai userboxes :[...]

Not the top Steam review of Dressmaker making me cry this morning!

new college has killed my ability to read anything for fun. I look at things I want to read and my brain just doesn't process them. It feels so surreal. I do my other hobbies just fine, and it's not as though we read a lot in this new college – it's just that for some reason, reading for fun is[...]

They also have an explicit "do not share your personal information" clause in their TOS. Every website should have this. Do not tell me your birthday, I do not want to know.

I really want people to necroboost more, and I'm not even joking. Just because a post is from 2, 5 or 10+ years ago, doesn't make it irrelevant, in fact, if anything it is delightful to see how it holds up in the new context, and if it became more true for example. Good posts can come from […]

I have spent a lot of my early career working on "No-Code" solutions. Primarily as the person brought in once a company realised that "No-Code" doesn't work. Which means I've spent a lot of time dealing directly with the kinds of people using wordpress and PHP. Listen: _You cannot convince the[...]

Just a reminder that Scribble font exists to make your writing unreadable. Why would you want to do this, you ask? 🤔 - To write continuously without editing yourself (popular) - You’re writing a certain genre of story around *polite* company 👀 (very popular) Let's just say our users love it 🙈

ICYMI: SonaSky Apollo has arrived - build a personal website on Bluesky! 🌐🦋 Start from a template & use the non-technical editor, OR write your own MD or HTML, up to you! Plus, a blog feature! Excited to see what y'all make + how you express yourselves! (Also, it DOESN'T have AI, unlike Attie)

Kenney Shape is now FREE! (and it'll remain free, forever) ✨ Previously a paid tool, I'm releasing it as a gift to the community. Today's update will be the final one, with no further updates planned. That way I can focus on new software & projects! kenney.itch.io/kenney-shape

The problem with powerscalers is that they're unimaginative. They talk about "can goku beat superman" and not "could lord vetinari fix gotham"

How big of a musical number would Steven Universe need to win over Emet-Selch?

WRITE!!! BAD!!! FICS!!! people really need to realize that the only way to write good fics is to write bad ones. the only way to get less AI slop is to be okay with the bad human fics. the only way to have fun and learn is to get really comfortable with bad writing.
