Daniel Roe, the creator of Nuxt, and the NPMX team released a JS client that can connect to any Git forge and they were gracious enough to include Pushin! Thanks to then and their valuable feedback, Pushin’s API is now much better. Thank you, NPMX team! ❤️

A new version of npmx has released and it comes with some new additions to package changelog. Now all shorthand for issues, PRs, commits & accounts are supported.

And npmx package changelog now not only supports @github.com but there's now also support for @tangled.org, @gitlab.com, Forgejo, Codeberg, @gitea.com, Bitbucket, SourceHut & Gitee

Hey all, for @npmx.dev I'm looking into adding tag based filtering to package changelog when displaying releases from monorepo's. For this I'll need to know which tag patterns are being used in monorepo's with no version sync. please share git monorepo's with releases that I can look at.

The tag of a release will be used to have a filter because this is more consistent and easier to implement. an example could be "packageA@version" & "packageB@version". than the tag filter will give the options "packageA" & "packageB"

In @npmx.dev you can now view a package's changelogs currently only package's that use Github to host their releases or changelog.md are supported but support for others are planned

For package users/contributors/maintainers that use something different than Github please leave a comment below with your package. It'll help a lot during development for supporting other git platforms like Codeberg, Gitlab etc

git platforms off course can also reply here to share their knowledge that can help the development.

Cool! Apparently the npm Dependency Links VSCode extension has a configuration to specify a custom registry. Now ctrl clicking a dependency in package.json takes me directly to npmx.dev. { "npmDependencyLinks.registryUrlPattern": "https://npmx.dev/package/{{pkg}}" }

With @npmx.dev it's now possible to copy the package name in the top right. This makes it for example easier to paste package names into a multi package install command bsky.app/profile/wilc...

I would like a copy package name button so that if I want to install multiple packages at once I don't need to select the package name and then copy it or use the 'copy install' button and then remove the "npm i" part
