Just wondering if there’s precedent for an OMB Director receiving $5 million (taxpayer money) a year for a personal security detail. Is $13,600 a day the best deal he could find for the taxpayer? I mean, this is the guy whose idea it was to gut USAID and starve poor children around the world.

The reason the populist right hate cities is because of their success not their failure. They have lower violent crime rates than small towns or rural communities and they’re where dynamic, creative, ambitious people want to live. They’re the antithesis of small town myopia and complacency.
