They removed CD/DVD drives from PCs. -Made physical media harder to buy and use. -Removed expandable storage from phones. -Pushed us into streaming subscriptions. -Made always-online normal. -Made unlimited internet necessary. -Slowly raised the price of everything. Ownership quietly became renting.

Gutted. As as many have noted it appears the wrong Home Alone 2 actor was silenced. youtu.be/mUMhA8Ye3x8?...

Everyone ready for the data breech announcement from this practice at some point? And no I don't trust these recordings will be completely deleted after transcription. Here's the policy. Says you must be informed and give consent. Choose wisely. cpsns.ns.ca/registrants/...

Pip is our miracle girl. Diagnosed with FELV 6 years ago and still going strong. Managed to remain a sweetie despite the many vet visits. #caturday

I don't know who needs to hear this, but just because you really like a politician or political entity doesn't mean you must fervently support and defend their every platform and position. It's okay to question and consider. Those things, plus accountability, are key elements in a healthy democracy.

Seems to me this would apply to tourists on US soil. Another reason to not travel to the US for any reason especially now that abusing you is santioned by their highest court.

Happy Democracy Day, fellow Canadians!

Fellow Canadians, this is well worth the 5 minutes it takes to read. Share it far and wide, especially if you remember the 90's in Ontario under Mike Harris. If Poilievre becomes PM, he'll gut our social services. #neverPoilievre #CanadaStrong #elxn2025 #cdnpoli breachmedia.ca/inside-the-g...

Couldn't resist this one.

I may have slain my electrical gremlin. First ride of the season. -1 c and sunny. Nice day for a test run after putting her all back together again. Snow for next week so a bit more waiting for my wind therapy. #motorcycle #motorcycles

No better display of talent, engineering, and complete lack of awareness of one's own mortality on the planet. Much respect and envy 🙂.Stolen from The Isle of Man FB page. #motorcycles

I feel so... seen. #motorcycle

@minibubbly.bsky.social Apologies for the delete. Someone pointed out the person in the foreground appears to be making a white power symbol. It wasn't obviously but did loom that way That person was counting off points he was making to Mr. Carney.

How she’s selling it to Albertans… “Now that an election has been called I would reiterate my hope that the United States would refrain from placing tariffs on their closest ally and largest trading partner during the middle of the election.” Danielle Smith What she really said 👇

Better safe than sorry! Hard to believe it's come to this.

Funny cause it's true or an accurate condemnation of the dumbing down of our society? Both?

Not a bad take at all. Worth your time. "Everything Trump has said and done has led to a level of rage and defiance that I think very few Americans fully appreciate." www.vox.com/politics/403...

No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationery.

Nothing like a giggle to start the day.

They. Can't. Be. Shamed. This does NOT work. The "Have you no decency?!?" rebuke is met with eye rolls today. We need to appeal to VOTERS about how policies directly affect THEM. They don't care how many poor, disadvantaged... people these policies hurt!! How will. It affect. THEM?! that's it

A little act of resistance from the comfort of your on home.

Well done. I hope they don't stick with this style only. IF Carney wins, they need to flood the space with his record and his calm, in control image without a mention of Pollievere. #cdnpoli #carneyforpm

Well, well, well. I know the cons are going to spin this. I say kudos to the LPC for having some ethics. #cdnpoli www.cbc.ca/news/politic...

Sunday storm cuddles.

Well worth a view. Barton doesn't take it easy. That's a good thing. Always want to see how our leaders respond to being questioned. Make up your own mind, but i think PP would snap doing this kind of interview. Carney answered the questions and dealt with her pushing very well. #cdnpoli
