This proposal by #CrazyHoarse clearly violates HIPAA and IRB protocols and standards. Shut it down.

As a parent with a minor child who is on the spectrum, is there a way to sue to stop this before any data is collected? When the non-government data is acquired, it will be too late. Surely there must be legal protection or remedy for minors who cannot consent to or refuse the use of their data.
