I saw the work by Olga Lautman and he findings were disturbing: Steven Witkoff was in Russia when he was added to the signal chat. Russia has infiltrated Signal and used against Ukrainians. Very possible they have the classified signal info:

Bold of you to assume they said anything in Signal they hadn't already cleared with Putin in the first place. Just assume Russia knows everything our government knows at this point and you're in a safer position.

I think one of the biggest things about this is how messages disappear after a time never to be seen again. What are they hiding from? I would bet this isn’t the only time they have been using signal for sensitive communications. Too much comfort with it. Is there a way to find out?

As a Canadian, I suggest the US cease cooperation with Five Eyes, because the rest of us can't trust the US with military intelligence. Using a public chat platform instead of encrypted communications for senior cabinet officials is way beyond whoopsie.
