Trump and his army of lawyers have no intention of using the court system as designed. If they lose, they won't appeal, simply ignore judgements & impeach. The majority of the Supreme Court is NOT fascist (and to some extent even the two that got wrote up by AOC). The Supreme Court's job is to ensure if the constitution supports granting appeals.
