Personally I think restricting traffic in city centers is a good idea. But it needs careful thought and consideration. You need a campaign to explain the benefits and possible perks for curbing congestive traffic. There’s a better approach to this issue. One that would avoid all this controversy.

First - her facts are wrong, crime is down. Second - the only way everyone is driving to work in NY is if Trump kills the economy so badly that there are only a few places to go to work (not efficient for everyone to drive - there is no infrastructure for this and would be impossible to build).
