The problem with the Supreme Court isn't that it's right wing, it's that it's both corrupt and incompetent. Right wing judges can still make the right decisions and can make ideological decisions with good grounds. The current Supreme Court doesn't even bother to do that.

I don't know why anyone is buying this? CA has a constitutional amendment for redistricting. It's not going to be undone over this. Courts in blue states can throw these out like NY did. The swing states have divided gov. Other states like AZ, CO, ME have laws around this too. This ain't happening.
