Something I learned recently (it killed a loved one) is pneumonia can start up just from you being bedbound while sick. Breathing exercises, even just getting up and moving around, can help a lot. Pneumonia is easier to get than you’d think!

Regular reminder that when you go to things while sick, you are giving those germs to people with autoimmune disorders, you’re passing them to someone’s newborn, to someone’s elderly parents. It’s “just a cold” to you but it can and does severely impact countless people.
