A judge’s job is not to rewrite laws so they can justify their ruling. We shouldn’t want judges to do this.

Also, the MN Department of Corrections says that they *do* cooperate with ICE on taking people from prisons when they have the proper paperwork. For whatever reason, the administration is claiming that people who have been incarcerated for months or years are still on the streets.
