Emmer with some epic copium: "What's happening right now is money being around where it is most efficient. People say, 'Oh, they're cutting the string on this candidate.' No, that's not true. Perhaps that candidate is stable. Perhaps that candidate is doing what he or she needs to do to win."

That is some impressive political gymnastics. Apparently, when the money disappears, it doesn’t mean a candidate is in trouble; it means the candidate is simply “stable.” The spin is doing some very heavy lifting here.

Wouldn't it be grand if we voted in this election for candidates who care about us and our needs and not for the ones the billionaires purchase on our behalf? An election as opposed to an auction?

Yes, that's typical American political behavior in the last weeks of a crucial set of elections: "We don't want to win by TOO much in that district, it wouldn't be sporting. Let's just not fund our candidate, that makes more sense." /s

Chapin is smart and qualified, it's worth sending donations his way. He's got enthusiastic supporters packing town halls, protesting at Emmer offices ( Emmer never shows up in the district by the way) in an unfortunately red district...hoping for 🌊

This doesn't mean, however, that they're gonna call off their voter suppression and intimidation schemes Or humbly admit defeat on November 4 We gotta make it too big to deny And get prepared for when they do deny it Let's roll 🗳️
