Federal law enforcement agents shot and killed a man in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 according to local police officials. DHS told Fox News that the man was “armed with a gun”. Footage taken moments before a struggle shows that the man was filming, holding a phone in his right hand, backing up. His left hand is up, visible, palm facing out, as he backs away from the area. An agent uses his right hand, on the torso of the victim, pushing him back, while the man complies.

Multiple federal agents can later be seen struggling with the man who is shot. One federal agent is seen approaching with empty hands, before reaching around the man’s waist.

Moments before the first shot is fired, this federal agent can be seen retreating with a gun. It appears to match the general appearance of the firearm posted by DHS, including the red dot sight. This agent’s back is turned when the first shot occurs. x.com/BillMelugin_...

It's not Donald Trump. No one man alone could do this. The Republican Party is a party of facists. There is nothing else that can explain what is happening in America. The World sees this. The United States has become extremely dangerous in less than a year. The Republicans did that.

Two different agents are visibly firing their guns, with at least 10 shots being heard in total. Most of them are fired after a brief delay, when the man is already lying motionless on the ground. The current videos of the shooting only show these two agents with guns drawn.

The agent in the black beanie appeared to fire the first shots, as the agent in the brown beanie doesn’t draw his gun until after the first shots are fired.

After the first shots are fired, the man collapses on the ground. Agents back away. At least another 5 shots are fired toward the man who is already incapacitated on the ground.

DHS’ Use of Force Policy, that applies to ICE and CBP agents, states that agents “may use deadly force only when necessary, that is when the [agent] has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury” to someone. shorturl.at/2iTI8

Alex Pretti was already incapacitated when he was pepper sprayed, twice, right before he was knocked to the ground, kicked and punched. One ICE agent took his gun away from him then another one shot him. This is murder, and Trump, Noem, and Bovino are engaged in a conspiracy to cover it up.

A nearby Albertsons caters to a young urban/college crowd. There's a mezzanine lounge with live music over the produce dept. Musicians started playing this while I was shopping there the night after Renee Good was murdered. I stood and wept by the bananas for about a minute.

Or maybe assault with a deadly weapon (firearm enhancement too?) if it's hard to prove the later shots hastened death - although given how many there were, they probably did kill him.

Yeah the officer in gray apparently takes it from a rear or side holster and probably called it out while the other officer immediately draws and fires several times and then another just decides to draw and unload while he’s on the ground

Exactly. What's also being lost is that prior to any of this, immediately after the victim was tackled to the ground, an ICE agent looked to attempt to beat him to death with a bear spray canister. So the murder of an innocent nurse was happening even before ICE fired their first shot.

And notice how he comes in from nowhere once the attack is underway, dances around on the outside, trying to find an opening to jump in. Jumps in, comes out with a gun and runs off. Looks like it was staged to me.
