Footage taken moments before a struggle shows that the man was filming, holding a phone in his right hand, backing up. His left hand is up, visible, palm facing out, as he backs away from the area. An agent uses his right hand, on the torso of the victim, pushing him back, while the man complies.

Two different agents are visibly firing their guns, with at least 10 shots being heard in total. Most of them are fired after a brief delay, when the man is already lying motionless on the ground. The current videos of the shooting only show these two agents with guns drawn.

Curious as are others about something. The incident was logged at 9:05 AM CT. Reverse search indicates this exact image was published by multiple sources from different locations in almost synch approximately 12 hours ago from the CT Time Zone (my own current location).

i watched two different bystander recorded videos, i never once see a gun on that dude. i am open to being corrected. a picture of a clean dry gun on a car seat is meaningless to me. they took witnesses into custody and confiscated their phones for a reason. i am skeptical that this man had a gun.

One of the videos showing the ICE agent who disarmed the victim and was moving away with the gun also seems to show the gun jolting as he moves at the same time the first shot is heard. Probably negligent discharge. The other startled agents then start blazing. I only have the X link to that video.
