Federal law enforcement agents shot and killed a man in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 according to local police officials. DHS told Fox News that the man was “armed with a gun”. A video of the shooting appears to show that a gun was taken from the man before the first shot was fired. x.com/BillMelugin_...

Footage taken moments before a struggle shows that the man was filming, holding a phone in his right hand, backing up. His left hand is up, visible, palm facing out, as he backs away from the area. An agent uses his right hand, on the torso of the victim, pushing him back, while the man complies.

Multiple federal agents can later be seen struggling with the man who is shot. One federal agent is seen approaching with empty hands, before reaching around the man’s waist.

Moments before the first shot is fired, this federal agent can be seen retreating with a gun. It appears to match the general appearance of the firearm posted by DHS, including the red dot sight. This agent’s back is turned when the first shot occurs. x.com/BillMelugin_...

Two different agents are visibly firing their guns, with at least 10 shots being heard in total. Most of them are fired after a brief delay, when the man is already lying motionless on the ground. The current videos of the shooting only show these two agents with guns drawn.

The agent in the black beanie appeared to fire the first shots, as the agent in the brown beanie doesn’t draw his gun until after the first shots are fired.

After the first shots are fired, the man collapses on the ground. Agents back away. At least another 5 shots are fired toward the man who is already incapacitated on the ground.

DHS’ Use of Force Policy, that applies to ICE and CBP agents, states that agents “may use deadly force only when necessary, that is when the [agent] has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury” to someone. shorturl.at/2iTI8

DHS released a statement claiming that “an agent fired defensive shots” after an individual approached CBP agents with a gun and “violently resisted” when they attempted to disarm him. DHS claims that he “wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.” x.com/DHSgov/statu...

The just murdered Alex Pretti was a licensed nurse for the Veterans Administration with no criminal record who was assisting in directing traffic and legally observing. Which is why Stephen Miller is using lies like "maximal" and "massacre". bsky.app/profile/bell...

video from the other angle, they did not start shooting until they had completely disarmed him. Pure Homicide. what’s worse is that our entire US government now has said that’s our policy and the officer did not do anything wrong. We are fucked. Stand up and fucking fight 202-224-3121 call senators.

Looks like pink coat woman got close up footage of the shooting and was smart enough to clear out before the murdering thugs turned their attention her way and confiscated her phone. That's gonna be some important footage right there. And she is one brave mf.

See that? It's absolutely clear: The shooter Agent saw the other Agent, directly at his left side, pulling the weapon from the holster of Alex Jeffrey Pretti. The shooter had contact with his left arm to this agent, who left with the weapon, the shooter then took his place and shot. (x0.5) 1/2

At 0:19, the agent’s arm goes from relaxed at his side, to suddenly raising. In a different video angle, the arm movement aligns with the first shot being heard. I think an accidental discharge by this agent is plausible, with the other agents then acting reflexively upon hearing the shot.

In a functional democracy, the only acceptable first press release in these situations was something like, "We're still gathering all the facts and interviewing everyone involved. We will continue to fully coordinate with local law enforcement and provide more information as facts are established."

I'm sure any ICE agent has a lot more than two mags each. Can we conclude they are out to do maximum damage and massacre citizens? Sure looks like that to me... Bu I am told my eyes are lying to me...

Due was in the street and seemed to be directing traffic. ICE charged HIM, shoved him, wrestled him to the ground and beat him. If he had a weapon (ICE always lies) he never drew it. None of the observers, even the woman nearby, recorded any threats he made toward ICE. but ICE always lies.

They also bear/pepper sprayed him directly in his face at close range, tackle him to the ground, then 6 or 7 of them beat/kick/pistol whip him. IMO Nazi who was pistol whipping him had his finger on the trigger/safety off, his gun went off & the other Nazis got scared, jumped back & opened fire.

In light of Donald Trump’s recent behavior in press conferences, and most recently at Davos. I am concerned about Donald Trump’s mental stability, and his ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of this country. I am asking for you to vote for his impeachment.

Alex Pretti was already incapacitated when he was pepper sprayed, twice, right before he was knocked to the ground, kicked and punched. One ICE agent took his gun away from him then another one shot him. This is murder, and Trump, Noem, and Bovino are engaged in a conspiracy to cover it up.
