To me, it appears the agent on left, pistol-whips the man first and then unloads his weapon after agent on right starts firing. So many things wrong here.

This is the exact moment the first shot is fired. Guy in gray did not have a gun in hand when he approached, and he's leaving with one matching the description of the victim's. The victim was unarmed, with his hands on the pavement when he was killed.

Seems he got the dna sample from the victim onto the drop gun, and once he did they went ahead with the execution.

It was actually the victims gun but he had a legal conceal carry permit. At no point did the victim ever point the gun at any fed, he only pointed his camera and appeared to ask them questions.
