I give it 2/3 chance that SC(R)OTUS rules in his favour everything substantive. 1/3 chance against DJT then 40% that he ignores it. Bondi/Patel to the rescue? At this point I'm not sure that SC(R)OTUS piling in to a minivan and going to the Pentagon to demand a Courts Martials would work.
