"Lee Gold pioneered the way for female solo design with two roleplaying games. Land of the Rising Sun (1980) was based on the rules from Chivalry & Sorcery (1977), but the historical Lands of Adventure (1983) was a wholly original effort. They were both published by FGU."

Hah, I never got myself to read that much 2e despite owning most of it, and there's already a new one. Really hoping for something that expands on the calling dice/clash of myths/unfurling legenda optional rules from Saints and Monsters, but it's probably a foolish hope.

* Magus * Bird Oracle * Forgery * Nobilis * Chuubo’s * Wanderhome * Wickedness * 1001 nights * Bluebeards bride * Bubble gum shoe * Damn the man save the music * Dream Askew * Romance Trilogy * Good Society * OG Ravenloft module * Monsterhearts (There’s more…)

* A Mending * Thirsty sword lesbians * iHunt * Fellowship * Threadbare * Flying Circus * ARC: DOOM * You will die in this place. * I have the high ground * Anamnesis * Death of the Author * Outliers (…more…)

* Suburban consumption of the monstrous * Jiangshi * Revenant Society * Dead after dinner * Godkiller * Last Train to Bremen * I’m sorry did you say street magic * Hunt/ed * No thank you evil

(Caveats: this is not a “women” list but one that encompasses marginalized genders as I understand it and may be wrong, not ALL members of team are marginalized gender but significant work was done to best of my understanding, & woefully, woefully incomplete list from last year syllabussing)

Gonna add my little solo-journaling game to this list! Skin Deep defamiliarizes your relationship to your body. For a week it unsettles you in your own skin. Is that a good thing, or a horrifying one? Do you tell anyone about what's going on inside of you? It's kinda up to you! mothmother.com/games
