Like I’m not sure why Hemingway would be any more credible regarding how she collected this information than anything else. It’s a particularly easy lie since no justice will come out to dispute her claims, especially since she doesn’t specify which individual justice supplied an account

If we read "most" as a bare majority of "5," it's very plausible (but also, I agree, evidence that the Court is, and has been, intellectually and ethically defunct).

Liberal justices were in no way obligated to help protect conservatives from a problem of their own making.

I had this cute notion for years (and I don’t think I was alone) that the conservative elite knew Fox and the wingnut conspiracy loons were full of it, but would accept it for advancing the cause. But after 2020 that notion was dead. These creeps believe this garbage and it animates their rulings.
